What would cause a Visit Duration to be listed as N/A? We’re getting it quite frequently and there doesn’t seem to be any reason for it that we can see. (We have ~282 N/As out of 641 tracking.) There’s not a consistency of it being a certain user or anything like that.
Do you have any suggestions for how to track this down?
Hi Jason,
The N/A can happen in the following cases:
1) The user has javascript disabled
2) The premium add-on was not activated yet (duration is premium feature)
3) The user has force-quit their browser or otherwise terminated the session without a standard way of closing a tab – which means we could not capture the end time of the session.
Hope this helps.
