Hi,
Is there an option to include custom user fields in columns/export logs. We use ultimate member.
Have a great day.
Bartek.

September 13, 2024 @ 11:01 amHi Bartek,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Because the tables in our custom database are fixed, there is no way to include “dynamic” columns by user preferences or other custom fields.
It would slows down the queries as the data are not stored in the database and would be generated on the fly.
So for now, we don’t plan to add this feature, but we will keep it in our backlog to revisit later if we find a better solution.Hope this helps.

it doesnt have to strore the results. We just need to include it in reports so it can be related and added during exporting.
It can be simple join between activity table and user table.

The Data table column structure is fixed, it would take lot of effort to implement some hooks & filters where you can specify custom columns and data, even for export.
We recommend working with an experienced developer who can create a simple php query that can output the exact type of data from our database and the Ultimate member and combine them.
As a custom development for a specific website, this is an easy task. For plugin development where we need to make everything flexible as we don’t know what data users have in their database tables, this is a complex task.
Thanks for your understanding

Hope this helps.
